* Receive briefs from creative & Account servicing department.
* Recommend photographers & crew to creative department based on the job brief.
* Contact & meet suppliers (photographers, stylists, modelling agencies, set builders) for briefing & costings.
* Negotiate costs & availability with shoots crew.
* Create production cost estimates based on suppliers costs client’s budget & agency commission.
* Justify, explain, & go through cost estimates with client servicing department & sometimes clients.
* Prepare all necessary paper work (Ex. LPO’s & payments requisitions for suppliers to commence with shoots (co-ordinating with electronic production & accounts department)
* Set shoots timelines, based on crew availability & client’s output deadlines.
* Contact modelling agencies for job packages, & casting to short-list models for shoots, with coordination with creative department.
* Brief stylists on final creative & client’s requirements.
* Supervise stylists & crew prep. For shoots.
* Meet with clients to present final locations, cast, wardrobe, etc.. prior to the shoot for approval.
* Prepare call sheets, production agendas with shoot dates, times, location, crew contact numbers.
* Attend shoots to supervise crew, cast,& make sure that creative requirements are executed, & Monitor overtime (If needed)
