• Take responsibility for all print and production matters.
• To provide artwork support to all other communications departments.
• To effectively trouble shoot and resolve design, artwork & print challenges.
• To fully manage the implementation of all design forms within the company.
• To work closely with other departments under the supervision of design manager for evolving and creating high profile PowerPoint, KeyNote and word presentations for the business.
• High quality retouching of photography.
• Updating and maintenance of imagery for the company intranet and internet.
• Liaison with design manger and graphic designer on costing from printing or paper suppliers, materials and technical information.
• Continually ensure the company logo and brand is represented correctly in the market place.
• Prepare weekly progress reports covering all jobs being undertaken at any point, identifying any delays or issues in order for them to be resolved.
