The Role

Our client, a free zone authority and entity created by the Dubai government, to establish the provision of industry-specific market infrastructure and a full range of facilities for various commodities industries, is looking for a senior PR and corporate communications specialist to join it’s team of marketers.
The role involves overseeing branding activities, as well as traditional PR and corporate communications. The main objective is to strategically plan and oversee a busy and heavily budgeted corporate events program to raise the profile of this free zone authority, as well as it’s many sub-brands to local, regional and international audiences alike. As well as the events planning, there is also a need for the successful candidate to support the CEO in various communication channels.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a successful career in corporate communications, ideally from a freezone, financial services or professional services background. You will already be on the ground here in the UAE and have been in the region for some time, as well as having experience at a senior level, managing a marketing team.
Candidates from a PR agency background, coupled with corporate communications client side experience would be preferred.
