Production Manager | MENACOM Group Beirut, Lebanon

Your main responsibility will be to oversee all the operations of the dept. with maximum efficiency and to run the dept. as a profit making center. Proper coordination with all departments for smooth functioning.

Other duties:
• Convert estimates into approved estimates to invoicing to generate revenue for the agency.
• Source various production related items that are value added/innovative to the jobs contributing to client confidence and satisfaction.
• Manage the Production Team to ensure all staff are skilled and performing at the required level ensuring an effective and motivated team.
• Coordinate between internal departments to ensure jobs are delivered on time with minimum wastage and within gross profit margin.
• Ensure the agency is up to date with the latest developments in the industry so that the agency can continue to deliver leading edge solutions.
• Maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure deadlines and financial targets are met.

Minimum:
Graduate in Printing technology with minimum of 5 years hands on experience in various production methods and management skills. At least 5 years agency experience.

Desirable:
Management qualification; strong computer skills.

Technical skills that bring success:
Knowledge of different Methods of printing and production.
Knowledge of various methods of production.
