Brand/ Marketing Analyst | Kour and Kour Amman, Jordan
Marketing — By Samer Marzouq on September 10, 2009 at 5:24 pmIn general, our Brand Analyst positions cover the following:
-You take responsibility for a discrete part of the problem solving for each client engagement. You play a key role in data gathering, contribute to the team’s final recommendations, and present their work to senior client executives. You also have a voice in determining the team’s style and pace of work.
-You will take an active role in all aspects of an engagement, identifying issues, forming hypotheses, planning and conducting interviews and analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations, and helping to implement change. As you gain skills and confidence, you will be asked to manage bigger pieces of the problem at hand.
-When you are ready for the next level of responsibility (although you should expect to be exposed to this role early on), you become engagement managers, who play an expanded leadership role on client service. You act as project managers, assuming primary responsibility for structuring the problem solving process, assigning work, coaching team members, and managing day-to-day interactions with clients.
Our vision is that in this role, people often choose to become more closely affiliated with an industry or functional practice – typically, because they find an area that excites them. With a practice affiliation, our consultants should expand their knowledge contributions while continuing to build their team and client leadership skills.
Skills
You are a ‘do-er’, you possess organizational and detail-orientation skills and you have pro-active, ‘button-down’ mentality. Strategy experience will be advantageous with a confident attitude. Our mission is to help clients improve their performance, you must demonstrate empathy and commitment to the clients you serve. You are computer literate and fluent in both Arabic and English language.
