Head of Sales & Marketing | Amman, Jordan

Job Description and Requirements
Responsible for Health and Personal Care product categories, reporting directly to the Unit Manager.

Skills & Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales target: lead the sales & marketing team to achieve profitable sales targets
- People management: lead and manage the sales and marketing teams. Responsible for the training and development of the team and the expansion of the teams’ as the business grows. Conduct formal performance reviews and manage compensation / bonuses.
- Sales: Will own the relationships with the retailers and be responsible for all key communication. And to oversee the negotiations of annual agreements of the customers.
- Marketing: Oversee the marketing team of Marketing Coordinators and merchandisers to ensure Best in Class marketing plans are in place and executed with excellence: marketing activities must adhere to the brand equity and keep the aspiration of the brand high. Oversee all communication with the principles; this includes bi-annual formal business reviews, as well as regular contact over sales / marketing plans & performance of the business.
- Portfolio Diversification: You will oversee the expansion into new categories and brands within Jordan.
- Following up on breakthrough implementations in the market
- Providing an ROI before the implementation of any promotion

Minimum Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years experience in senior position (Sales & Marketing) in Health
and personal care products or any related fields.
-Strong knowledge in the Jordanian Market and the K Accounts.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Excellent command of English
-Excellent Computer Skills
