The Role

To deal and facilitate effectively all Commercial Operators issues that need liaison and coordination with the appropriate Government ministries and authorities.

1. Build and maintain strong relationship with all TPQ commercial tenants.
2. Coordinate and execute the issuance of trade and signage licences in a timely manner.
3. Administer the issuance of invoices and payment collection.
4. Liaise and coordinate with key officials in Government Ministries and Agencies and appropriate Government bodies to achieve desired results.
5. Liaise internally with TCAD staff and departments to identify activities that would require Government facilitation.
6. Maintain and update TPQ commercial operators’ data base.
7. Record clients’ areas of concern for efficient business resolution.
8. Produce correspondence both formal and informal including letters, memorandums.
9. Report all issues of concern to TCAD management for necessary decision and action.
10. Attend to all TPQ commercial tenants’ requests and matters of concern.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• Minimum Four (4) years experience in related field.
• Well-versed in reading, writing and speaking Arabic and English.
• Strong ability to build relationships with Government Officials.
• Excellent skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and listening skills.
