Your direct employer would be a leading international PR consultancy; however you would be on a permanent and full time secondment to the government. The work involves high levels of ‘face-time’ and direct counsel with senior executives, advising on a wide range of matters pertaining to structural change, training and capacity building within the department.
Requirements
You should have experience of working in a challenging in-house environment, preferably in the Arab world. You should have gravity, be able to advise at a strategic level and also be able to work in a difficult and often bureaucratic environment.
