The Role

One of the leading exhibition & Event Organizing Companies based in UAE is looking for a experienced Conference Producer who will be in-charge of production of industry relevant conference and training programmes, Develop and grow the conference and training division by generating new ideas and topics.

Requirements

• Produce industry relevant conference and training programmes
• Determine viability of proposed programmes from research
• Identify key opinion leaders/institutions and companies within topic areas
• Liaise with key professionals/institutions and companies in the production of conference and training programmes
• Effectively research topics with relevant industry professionals and the target market
• Independently turn research into an attractive draft conference or training programme
• Contact suggested and identified speakers and confirm their attendance
• Maintain existing and build new relationships to pull together a conference or training with suitable topics and speakers
• Consistently produce error-free programmes, sales letters, e-shots using a variety of formats and styles to attract delegates
• Write invitation/sales letters for conferences and training
• Develop new ideas/plans for conferences and training
• Work with the Director – Conferences & Training and other team members to produce ideas for conferences and training
• Assist in the provision of leads to the sponsorship team
• Provide a list of organisations that are leaders in the relevant topic areas
• Organise hands on workshops alongside our conferences
• Assist the marketing department in the relevant distribution of marketing material (e.g. brochures) to companies and departments – marketing collateral, web marketing, media partners
• Liaise and network with delegates and speakers at the conferences and training
• Introduce advisory boards and associations and manage existing relationships
• Identify potential sponsors for conferences and training
• Perform any other duties as reasonably correspond to the general character of the post and are commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility
