Mission: – Supporting the business of the respective entity

- Counseling as trusted advisor within defined area of responsibility by: Taking the initiative and contributing proactively to master the contractual challenges; Identifying contractual risks and recommending business oriented mitigations and/or alternative solutions; Analyzing and negotiating contracts; Guidance and oversight on the analysis and negotiation of contracts within team

Tasks:

– Analysis and commenting of contracts

– Analyzing and identifying contractual risks

– Coordinating with other internal functions

- Giving proactive contract-related advice

- Contract negotiation Actively participate in contract negotiations

– Supporting/contributing to process implementation of the strategy in negotiation sessions

– Making decisions during negotiations (proactive) within given authority level of authority (LoA)

- Driving C-LoA and other internal processes

– Defining and escalating to the appropriate LoA-level by reminding business partners of other internal processes in order to make use of the specific knowledge and experience of Contract Management.

- Analyzing captured data and preparing presentations and analysis by developing and maintaining databases and creating business oriented formats for analysis

- Standardization of contracts and improvement processes
