1. Strategy planning and implementation
• Learn and attain an in-depth understanding of products and customer segmentation, competitive market analysis, etc
• Apply these knowledge to effectively promote the company’s Solutions through an integrated marketing mix – Public Relations, advertising, events, corporate hospitality, promotional materials
• Implement and evaluate effectiveness of tactics
• Serve as the main point of contact for any communications queries
• Develop and implement communications plans to launch any Solutions business-related initiative

2. Public / Media relations
• Work with the PR agency to identify and target media opportunities
• Foster positive media relations
• Plan, manage and oversee publicity activities
• Draft / edit media interview and articles

3. Advertising
• Develop advertising plan and budget in consultation with Group VP Solutions and relevant partners
• Develop advertisement artworks for submission

4. Brochures
• Oversee the development of marketing literature related to Solutions in accordance to Group standards
• Oversee production and distribution process

5. Events
• Plan and coordinate corporate hospitality events, sponsorship / other trade events
• Provide support on events publicity, exhibition stands and other design / communications needs

6. Internal Outreach
• Provide support in ongoing internal communications campaign to ensure staff buy-in and support of the company’s brand values and approach

7. Others
• Assist with presentations / proposal submissions to clients where needed
• Develop and maintain positive relationship with stakeholders including customers, business partners and suppliers (particularly PR and advertising agencies)

Requirements
QUALIFICATION: University Degree in Mass Communications or similar fields
EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
COMMUNICATION SKILLS/ LANGUAGES: Excellent command of spoken and written English
PROFESSIONALLY / LEGALLY REQUIRED SKILLS: Knowledge in design software a plus
