Corporate Social Responsibility Director (CSR) | Dubai, UAE

A CSR (Corporate social responsibility) Director is required for my client who is a telecommunications services provider, currently operating in 19 countries across Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
They are the largest carrier of international voice traffic in the Middle East and Africa.

Requirements
Your role will be to define and monitor the Group corporate social responsibility guidelines and to monitor compliance of corporate social responsibility guidelines. You shall demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the global/regional trends and best practices in the industry/segment as well as support the Group to accomplish functional synergies and to enhance corporate performance and efficiency. You shall monitor, review and follow up on the performance and competence of the functional team as required as well as provide input to the financial and manpower budget for the area of responsibility.

For this role a Bachelor Degree is required as well as 6-8 years related experience.
