The preferred candidate will posess the following qualities:
· Capability to receive and develop a clear understanding of client’s briefs, following their brand guidelines and communication strategy;
· Highly creative in the research and development of unique event concepts and proposals to meet the briefs;
· Capable of developing innovative creative concepts for all areas of events, including stage sets, venue décor & themeing, incorporation of innovative technical applications, pyro & laser, appropriate live performance and audio / visual design;
· Capability to develop clear structured presentations (usually Power Point) that present the concepts and clearly express the messages;
· Able to work with the production personnel in understanding and incorporating the technical and other requirements;
· Personnel management skills to motivate and control a team of varying “creative personalities” from conceptualization to production.

The successful candidate shall meet the following profile:
* Creative and innovative, with an absolute minimum of 10 years relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years in high end events;
* Able to lead or assist in client presentations;
* Team player able to work under the overall creative direction of the PrincipalCreative Director, with other team members on the creative development and with the Production Division;
* Prepared to work hard to meet often very tight schedules;
* Seeking a long term position based in Dubai;
* Excellent references and portfolio of events where he / she had the lead in creative concept development;
