We have played a major role in the conception and development of some of the most successful brands in Bahrain, and are looking for a talented Creative Director to join our team as we plan to expand regionally.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Creative Director with exceptional talent in design who will be able to oversee the creative team of designers and copywriters. Your role will be focused on developing creative concepts and providing design direction with quality management, whilst ensuring that the clients’ needs are being met.

You will be expected to enjoy and respect the relaxed atmosphere of this design-based practice, however fast thinking and action will be essential in dealing with the local market.

Requirements:
- 7 years or above working experience in creative design practice, with proven track record in design generation and project management
- Leadership and management skills with ability to work with and motivate others in team
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Suite
- Ability to storyboard, direct and develop documentaries and TVCs from conception to delivery
- Strong intuitive understanding of branding, art direction and design background with the ability to think creatively across multiple media – 2D, 3D, static, moving, product, space and environment
- Strategic thinking and the ability to articulate and communicate persuasively is essential
- Must hold a good rapport with clients and have the ability to conduct client presentations in a persuasive manner
- Willing to learn new things and culturally sensitive
- Willing to pass on skills, motivating and inspiring others and to work as part of a team
- Up to date with trends, styles, fashions and technology
- A responsible, flexible and positive attitude
- Preferably bilingual (English & Arabic)
