About Us

Answer incoming customer and cross functional contacts Initiate outbound contacts with the customers to respond to any inquiries Ensure that communication to customers and other GE functions is efficient Undertake all aspects of customer order management (order entry/change, order follow up, resolution of blocked orders) Document all customer related activities ( ongoing documentation in Sibel) Responsible for customer data entry and data maintenance (customer knowledge base, pricing records and customer master file) Creation of customer documents and notification (order confirmation, invoices, open orders, control reports) Delivery handling, arrangements Handling customer enquires (stock check, price check, handling document copy request, Resolve all customers complaints for customer satisfaction and proactively seek to identify root cause and prevent reoccurrence

Role Summary/Purpose

Fluent in English and Arabic, preferably in French as well

Problem solving skills

Great communication skills

Accuracy

Cultural and commercial sensitivity

Ability to make action orientated decisions

Working level of Microsoft Office applications

Essential Responsibilities

1-2 years of working experience with foreign trade

Prior customer service or administrative experience is advantage

Team player

User level knowledge of SAP R3

Other language knowledge
