Job Description
· Making article selection decisions based on the reviews and votes of the Editorial Board and other reviewers. The EIC has the final desicion, though, and is no required to follow the recommendations of the reviewers.
· Final-editing of all accepted articles
· Preparing the final articles for layout and reviewing the page proofs of the layout
· Setting and enforcing deadlines
· Writing and distributing status reports every two weeks
· Overseeing funds and soliciting funds as needed, tracking budget reports
· Selecting, appointing and dismissing Editorial Board members and other volunteers who participate regularly (column writers, etc).
· Assisting other staff members as needed

Skills
· B.A university degree with minimum 4 years experience
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Fluent in English
· High quality leadership specification.
· Crisis management and (Conflict resolution).
