Event & Contracting Coordinator / Manager | Dreamdays Dubai, UAE

- Research and finding new Leisure & experience products
- Creative creation of experiences (packaging and creative write-ups wise)
- Handling contracts and negotiating for the best deal with suppliers
- Establishing & maintaining good relationship with various suppliers
- Handling experience knowledge training to the gift advisors on a weekly basis
- Coordinating with marketing team
- Handling small events and organizing big events
- Hosting ability(able to represent as a host)

Skills
The candidate for this position needs to be a self managed person with an outgoing personality and have good experience in Leisure and Tourism. Will be responsible for negotiating with supplier, getting the contracts signed and maintaining excellent relationship with suppliers
