Summary

A vacancy has arisen for a Finance Business Analyst to join the team in the Kellogg Middle East office based in Dubai. The role reports into the Finance Business Partner and provides operational support to the Middle East/Med Finance team based across 3 locations as well as offering additional support to the local commercial teams. The successful candidate will play a key part in the delivery of accurate and timely Financial Reporting and creating analysis to show the primary drivers of movements and supporting the month end reporting process.

This role is highly results driven and therefore requires an individual who has the ability to consistently deliver against targets and work to tight deadlines.

Interviews will be held week commencing 28th November 2010.

Responsibilities

As the Finance Business Analyst you will:

be involved in the preparation of estimates and budgets and support the FBP with reporting of commercial performance for actuals and forecasts, including variance analysis and month end reporting

provide financial analysis on pricing and support the process for new product launches

assist in analysis on brand, product and customer P&Ls and profitability

assist in producing Return On Investment reports for trade and marketing promotions

act as the point of contact with the Centre of Excellence, providing local market input for management of accruals, vendors and POs, S404

provide ad hoc support to the FBPs and Finance Manager on projects undertaken by the Finance team

be vigilant in ensuring adherence to S404 within the business, and embrace the internal control environment

lead the monthly internal review of distributor product claims for damages, expired stocks, billing errors etc, ensuring alignment with Sales and management

be responsible for local accounting processes including management of cash & bank transactions through acting as liaison with our partners in the EFSC to ensure that local office expenses are recorded in the accounting system, and maintaining and updating the local fixed asset register for all asset additions, disposals and replacements, performing annual audits of local office fixed assets

complete any ad-hoc duties as required by the FBPs and Finance Manager
