Our client a leading international law firm which works worldwide over 120 countries is currently looking to recruit a Float Legal Secretary to be based in Dubai. Your responsibilities would be liaising with secretarial team leaders and reporting to the relevant TL at the beginning of each assignment in order to be briefed, providing secretarial support to Work Groups using digital dictation and manuscripts, as well as creating correspondence letters and emails to a high degree of accuracy and often to tight deadlines, creating billing covering letters and assisting with the billing process as and when required, opening new files on system, together with preparation of case registrationclient identification forms (BAU), diary management taking calls from clients in associates or partners absence presenting a professional and courteous image to clients and other outside parties, arranging associates travel and accommodation, preparing and sending LPO’s keeping track of itineraries, follow up on queries from associates, e.g. travel arrangements, billing information, documents sent for translation and filing, entering partners time on Carpe Diem time entry system working from manuscript timesheets (as required).
