Head of Corporate Communication | Manama, Bahrain

The client is a Multinational Insurance and reinsurance Company in Bahrain.
They have recently had their credit rating upgraded and are now looking to expand their Team by Adding a Head of Corporate Communication.

You will be tasked with devising and implementing a marketing strategy to build the brand and drive market share whilst developing a clear customer focused approach and maintaining a longer term strategic outlook.

Requirements:
Experience in an insurance company (reinsurance experience a bonus)
5 years Management and Senior Management Experience in Marketing and Branding.
You should preferably have GCC Marketing and Branding experience.
You should be of graduate calibre,
The appointee will have a successful track record of leading a marketing function in a consumer facing customer focused environment.
You should be familiar with best practice in marketing and have a good working knowledge of a broad range of marketing disciplines including brand management, direct marketing, online marketing and new product development.
Organised and detail conscious with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively communicate in English at all management levels internally and externally.
Strong leader who will be able to inspire the team by personal example.
