• Develop the company’s annual marketing and sales strategy
• Ensure consistent presentation of the company’s corporate identity and brand image
• Manage the development and execution of the company’s marketing campaigns in coordination with branding and advertizing agencies
• Initiate and manage branch launch events and corporate events in coordination with external service providers
• Coordinate with the Operations Department on the marketing of specific product offerings, price promotions, competitions, etc.
• Coordinate with the Operations Department on the optimization of sales efforts conducted at the branches
• Develop sales programs, policies and procedures
• Develop corporate client target list and accordingly assign sales staff
• Lead corporate client acquisition efforts
• Manage on-going relationships with corporate clients
• Provide regular sales training to branch staff
• Manage the collection and reporting of market intelligence on a regular basis, including surveys of competitor presence and pricing
• Manage the collection of customer suggestions and complaints
• Conduct regular customer satisfaction and assessment surveys
• Analyze customer segments and purchase drivers
• Prepare regular management reports on marketing and sales efforts
• Complete related parts of the budgeting process
• Oversee the recruiting training, development and evaluation of own staff
Qualifications
• A bachelors degree in marketing or related fields
• 5-10 years of experience in marketing and sales, 2-5 of which in a leadership role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong marketing and sales orientation
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent in Arabic. English fluency preferred.
• Relevant industry experience/interest preferred
