Marketing & Sales Executive | Tawuniya Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:
1. Developing Marketing & Sales activities according to Company’s Products and to Underwriting guidelines
2. Establish database for potential prospected clients on the corporate levels (contractors, trade institutions, industries, schools…)
3. Effecting sales contacts with potential clients.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Promote a positive company image.
2. Keep the shareholders, customers, strategic partners, suppliers, travel agencies and various key staff within the government informed of the company’s products, services, capabilities and performance
3. Responsible for communications through s variety of available media, including press coverage, press releases, email, TV and company website
4. Creating & Maintaining media relations and securing targeted exposure for the company
5. Coordinate trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, press releases, magazine articles, scripts and newsletters.
6. Work closely with graphic artists, designers, printers and other media experts in the development of company brochures, fact sheets, presentations, and videos.
7. Develop and implement with the Marketing Manager, subject to management approval, an annual corporate communication plan.
8. Update the company’s web-site on regular basis to promote a positive dynamic image for the company
9. Select & operate gifts distribution
10. Work according to the advertising budget
11. Coordinate internal events, ceremonies and visits of delegations.
12. Maintain register/ database of exhibition designers and graphic designers

Skills
1. Good interpersonal skills are required as the position required communication with the senior staff internally as well as external parties.
2. Creative and able to work well within diverse environments.
3. Experience in creating Power Point presentations.
4. A good team player to work with all colleagues to achieve the objectives of the job successfully.
5. Good intellectual skills and abilities with business acumen to make valuable contributions to the company.
6. Pleasant personality and excellent presentation skills
