Manager – Marketing Strategy and Customer Management | Manama, Bahrain

Our client is a fast paced, innovative, forward thinking professional company that operates in the Telecommunications industry.

They are currently expanding their teams and have a vacant opportunity for a Manager – Marketing Strategy & Customer Management.

Main Responsibilities:
They are looking for someone with extensive experience in managing and who will drive an innovative marketing strategy which facilitates excellent service delivery and positions this operator as the leading telecommunications provider in the Kingdom.

Lead, manage and motivate marketing strategy and customer management teams and employees by determining individual and team performance targets, objectives and goals.

Participate in developing and direct implementation of section’s policies, procedures, systems and frameworks.

Consult with the Marketing Director to develop the marketing strategy, KPIs and objectives.

Develop and lead a team of team leaders and executives.

Furthermore, oversee the development and implementation of quarterly and annual marketing plans and the performance of all marketing activity against KPIs.

Define market segmentation guidelines and address needs/demands of segmented customer base and Research and define the optimal customer experience and integrate with marketing strategy and performance targets.

This role will be reporting to the Marketing Director and managing a team of team leaders and executives.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be degree educated, have a minimum of 5 -7 years experience within the telecommunications industry with proven experience in strategy and planning.

To be considered you will need to have previous experience of developing strategies, demonstrating creativity and strong leadership skills with a firm a understanding of the industry and customer segmentation market.
