The Role

One of the leading publishing & Media Companies based in UAE is looking for a dynamic & experienced Managing Editor with good communication skills in English; the role includes
A strong background in investigative journalism is desirable, and newswire or daily experience is a plus. A results-driven professional, you must be able to put issues into proper context and bridge the gap between the West and the Middle East in the magazine’s coverage of numerous sectors.

Should be young male or female with excellent journalism experience.

Requirements

Managing Editor ROLE:

• At least five years of relevant experience in a English weekly/monthly publication with an emphasis on business.
• A strong background in investigative journalism is desirable, and newswire or daily experience is a plus. A results-driven professional, you must be able to put issues into proper context and bridge the gap between the West and the Middle East in the magazine’s coverage of numerous sectors.
• A firm grasps of the region’s business and politics is essential. We are seeking a results-driven idealist with excellent writing skills, great interviewing ability, and proven editing skills.
