Support/Cross Services

Key tasks and duties:

?· Works with professional, technical and management staff to define and support the production of presentations, client briefs, monthly reports, and other key deliverables required for projects.
?· Prepares pre-qualifications documents, bid proposal submissions and competition documents / reports using AECOM provided templates.
?· Supports the routine production of all contractually required reports and maintains logs for senior management to confirm compliance.
?· Designs and prepares moderately-complex art and copy layouts, applying established standards and formats as contractually required and by special requests from the client.
?· Responsible for the review of artwork, text and other materials submitted for inclusion in assigned documents.
?· Produces reproduction-ready visual graphics, including, slides, plots, diagrams, tables, sketches, isometrics, and viewgraphs as may be required for the project.
?· Provides reproduction data such as reduction sizing, quantity, and paper link selection.
?· Serves as part of a regional marketing team to complete assignments according to schedule.
?· Serves corporately as part of the Corporate Marketing and Communications team.

Experience and Qualifications:

?· Desktop publishing qualification or similar discipline.
?· Understand and apply the basic principles of page lay-out, to include the integration of graphics, charts, forms, and tables.
?· Excellent knowledge of Desktop Publishing software including Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Adobe Flash, Microsoft Office Suite.
?· Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar business environment.
?· Ability to use Brand Guidelines and templates.
?· Strong word processing skills (30wpm).
?· Fluent in English (Arabic would be a strong advantage).
?· Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
