The Role

My client, one of the largest group of companies in UAE is looking for a General Manager. Responsible to set quantitative, qualitative and timed vision and implement related annual strategies and initiatives within approved budget. Manage and motivate the performance of all employees to produce results according to plans, objectives and targets. Lead the growth in brand image, market share, customer satisfaction, profitability and return of working capital. Provide frequent progress reports and updates the Group General Manager, Managing Director and Chairman of the Company.

Requirements

a. Education/Qualification
- Business Degree
- Printing Apprentice
- Degree in Engineering – desirable

b. Experience (experience required for the job)
- Minimum 15 years experience in the Printing Press industry.
- Exposure to a multicultural environment.
- Negotiating experience an advantage.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a Printing Press portfolio.
