Marketing Manager | Al Marafiq Investment for Construction & Operation Amman, Jordan

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
-Manages all relationships with external advertising agencies
-Product and brand management
-Effective proactive liaison with other departments as necessary
-Plans and manages marketing resources according to agreed budgets
-Demonstrates technical marketing skills and product knowledge
-Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives
-To manage all aspects of print production of the company
-Securing all media aspects of the brand
-Maintains and develops corporate image and reputation and protect and develop the brand’s image
-Manages and coordinates all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
-Analysis of current market conditions and competitor information
-Develops and implements marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
-Monitors, reviews and reports on all marketing activity and results
-Determines and manages the marketing budget
-Delivers marketing activity within agreed budget
-Develop pricing strategy
-Liaises with all relevant media outlets

Skills
-Minimum 8 years of relevant retail experience
-Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
-Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills Arabic & English
-Proven experience in customer and market research
-Relevant product and industry knowledge
-Experience with relevant software applications
