Create & Develop the Marketing Strategy with inputs & alignment.

· Develop, Recommend and Implement Marketing Campaigns for Different Sales Departments

· Develop Short Term, Tactical promotions for Specific retail customers i.e. Back to School promotion, Ramadan Promotion for Co-ops, for Supermarkets etc.

· Build the Branding & Image by promoting consistent Branding Initiatives, such as:

· Design & Develop a complete catalogue . This will help to give a professional tool to conduct effective sales meetings with key customers.

· Evaluate Branding of imported items

· Design & Train the sales team in effective merchandising & displays

· Work with the Sales Supervisor to increase the product range & shelf space in the currently covered outlets.

· Support internal communication process on marketing initiatives through frequent communication updates to ensure that internal customers are fully aware of all products & on going promotional activities.

· Evaluate introduction of additional product items in to Retail & Key Accounts, from the existing product portfolio.

· Manage all projects within the Marketing Plan within the approved Budgets.

· To supervise on the advertising plan, advertising artwork and channels of advertisement, study their effect.

· To work on Pricing Strategy, by evaluating the competition prices in the market with the inputs from the General Manager & the Finance Manager.

· To develop Price Structure Guidelines for different divisions and include it in the price structure.
· Plan & Execute Direct Mail campaigns for all the customers.

· To set plans for marketing research and follow up their implementation.
To supervise on the marketing research and studies, to revise the issued reports and to ensure that they include the necessary information for future plans preparation.

Requirements
MBA (Marketing) / PGDM with around 10 years of experience . The candidate will be reporting to CEO . Should have International exposure, ability to create a niche of his own. Strong personality with ability to initiate.
