Executive Director – Sales & Marketing | Abu Dhabi
Our client, a leading property developer is creating new opportunities within the real estate sector which will enhance the economic development of the UAE. The state of the art projects utilize innovative design, pioneering technology and the latest construction techniques.
With this in mind, they are now seeking an Executive Director for the sales & marketing division to develop strategies that are in line with the company’s vision and strategic objectives. You will develop the company’s overall marketing and advertising strategy and develop short and long -term plans accordingly and evaluate the impact of the marketing strategy, ensuring it is in line with the company’s overall business development objectives and the market characteristics and trends. You will establishment Sales and Marketing best practice standards, policies and procedures and have overall responsibility for your division’s Annual Business Plan.
The type of person we are looking for will have a demonstrable track record in a senior management role with strong exposure to all sales and marketing aspects of international real estate development and operations You will have an Innovative flair with ’start up’ business experience, preferably in a real estate development area.
Requirements
Experience in a senior management role, exposure to all aspects of sales and marketing and international real estate developments and operations.
