Manager Marketing | Global Investment House Kuwait

Accountable for:
- Establishing & developing corporate branding & marketing standards for all marketing activities across the Firm
- Developing the unit’s budget/plan in line with the Firm’s strategy
- Ensuring that all targets are met or exceeded

Key Roles:
- Assist business units in planning & developing marketing campaigns and ensure they are aligned with the overall Firm brand
- Select, develop and manage relationships with advertising & media agencies and ensure they provide best cost/quality services to the Firm
- Perform periodic external surveys to evaluate perception of brand and customer satisfaction and monitor progress of relevant Firm initiatives
- Ensure that the Firm’s brand/image is aligned with/embeds the Firm’s strategy (including vision and mission) and core values at all times
- Define marketing standards
- Negotiate & approve agreements with advertising agencies across geographies
- Identify, review and recommend sponsorships and events and assess their impact on brand/business
- Conduct in-house design of product brochures/ research material, etc.

Competencies:
- Fluent in English & Arabic (other languages a plus)
- Excellent written communication & presentation skills
- Highly organized & details oriented
- Strong administrative management skills
- Proven ability to work against tight deadlines
- Ability to interact effectively with senior management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Possess strong network within the media & advertising industry on a regional scale
- Solid knowledge of public communication techniques

Education: University degree in Business Administration from a recognized university.

Experience: 10 years in a leading international bank of which 3 years in a similar position
