Manager of Sales & Marketing | Hemaya Security Services Doha
Core Functions
Responsible to the Ass. General Manager of technical affairs for all sales and marketing functions of the Department.
Qualification Requirements: (Minimum Requirements)
Education & Training
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing
• Qualification in engineering discipline will be an advantage.
• Fluency in spoken and written English
Job Experience
• At least 10 years of working experience in sales and marketing field. Additional education may be substituted for some experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in management positions
• Experience in electronics or security systems industry will be an advantage
Nature of Supervision Received
Works under direct supervision of the Manager, Technology Services
Skills
Significant Requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of state security regulations, policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge and understanding of security technologies.
• Detailed product knowledge
• Good leadership ability
• Good human interaction skills
• Good presentation skills
• Good report writing skills
• Skill in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment.
