Marketing Manager | Alghanim Industries Kuwait
Key Accountabilities
* Develops and executes marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share
* Analyze marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness
* Plans and conducts market research to identify opportunities for increased sales and assists in development and implementation of new products by conducting feasibility studies to determine product viability
* Tracks competitor marketing activities and collects data to identify current industry trends
* Assists in establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
* Plans and oversees execution of promotional activities including print, electronic media, direct mail, point of purchase displays, and signage
* Develops market research objectives to help the organization meet its strategic goals. Design market research customer surveys and other customer contact research programs, directs their implementation, analyzes results to determine potential markets for products and prepares reports
* Plans, promotes, and executes sales meetings and community and goodwill events
* Demonstrated ability to develop marketing plans and strategies for short term and long term growth of financial services business.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required
* Bachelor’s degree
* Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing at Supervisory / Managerial level
* Bilingual - good command of both English and Arabic
* Expert in using Microsoft Office application including (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to supervise, train and motivate a team of upto 05 staff
* Team player
