- To assure smooth operations in implementing the structural and policy changes in coordination with all relative departments.
- Keeps the project teams well informed of changes within the organization and corporate culture.
- Work with the Marketing Operations Section Head and all stakeholders to organize the marketing department and have daily, weekly and monthly updates whenever required.
- Understands how to communicate difficult/ sensitive information carefully.
- Challenges and helps other while serving to the aim of policy implementation.
- Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
Skills
- Team player. Mitigates team conflict and communication problems.
- Exceptional office management skills.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal both in English and Arabic.
- Understand business requirements of Marketing Projects.
