Marketing Specialist | Viacloud W.L.L. Amman
1. Assist and liaise with inside and outside resources to support implementation of integrated marketing communications (advertising, branding, and media) plans, campaigns, and guidelines that maximize business profit and credibility.
2. Assist and coordinate with creative resources (designers, photographers, copywriters, commercial printers, agencies, web site developer etc.) to ensure creative concept, and guidelines are adhered to and schedules are met.
3. Assist and coordinate with research and pricing team in market surveys.
4. Prepare weekly activity report.
5. Managing the production of marketing materials
6. Manage budget
7. Develop advertising opportunities
8. Maintain and building contacts with the media
9. Writing and distribution press releases
10. Maintain and update mailing databases
11. Help in organizing events and exhibition
12. Evaluate marketing campaigns
Skills
1) Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a distributed regional structure.
2) Ability to develop key customer relationships and to promote win-win strategies.
3) Excellent planning skills
4) Knowledge in financial and marketing concepts
5) Good working knowledge in telecommunications services, products and technologies
6) Fluent in English and Arabic (Written and Oral); third language is a plus
7) Fluent with MS Office, business applications
8) Self-starter & self motivated
9) Energetic with teamwork spirit
10) Organized
Education
Bachelors in Marketing or relevant
