Retail Channel Assistant Manager | Dubai
· Directly supervise, lead and support the field marketing team in market
· Setup and keep updating a plan for channel marketing activities with Mobile team / business partners and follow-up execution
· Close monitoring market activities and training programs
· Make periodic market surveys to get feedback from dealers and end-users and propose ideas accordingly to enhance continuously the channel management and operations
· Implementation of channel tools, such as Preferred Partner program
Candidate Profile:
· Bachelor/Master degree in marketing with minimum 5 years experience in Channel Sales & Field Marketing activities, preferably in Mobile phones business or other Electronics/IT industry.
· Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all Mobile channel actors (partners, dealers, salesmen & end-users)
· Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality. Multitasks effectively
· Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach to problem solving and marketing management.
· Priority setting & Problem solving
Specific Knowledge:
· Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate marketing initiatives
· Computer literate and Advanced user of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Bilingual (Arabic & English) to ensure nice communication
