Media Coordinator | Al Tayer Group Dubai, UAE

Job Brief :
Monitor and validate with buyers the appearance of various clients’ advertisements in newspapers, magazines, radio, and outdoor for quality check and adherence to advertisement release guidelines. Ensure appropriate storage of the advertising material and coordinate for the reproduction of the same as and when required. Issue invoices for approved advertisements, check accuracy and submit for approval to the Media Manager – Advertising and liaise with accountant to process payments. File all advertising, correspondence and documentation for easy reference and retrieval Order voucher copies to be dispatched to client and principal for reference and ensure receipt of the same by both. Liaise with all clients to advise them on details of the media plans i.e publishing date, publication and visual advertised for. Support Buyers in admin tasks and clients invoices. Issue monthly invoicing reports.

Person Specification :
Graduate in any discipline with 2-3 years experience Communication skills and interpersonal skills Knowledge of English and Arabic both written and spoken essential High numerical abilities Customer Service orientation.
