• Director:
o Experience in Adobe Director development
o Experience in Director Programming using Lingo
o Experience in creating interactive CDs/DVDs for multi purposes (e.g.: CBT, Promotional marketing)
o Experience in integrating Flash & Director

• Flash:
o Expert in Adobe Flash Programming using ActionScript (1.0, 2.0, 3.0)
o Experience in design and development of high level Flash/Flex applications
o Adobe AIR experience
o Experience with Flash video format (FLV), Video codec’s and advanced video encoding & optimization options in Flash and deploying video online
o Understanding of 3rd party implementations and extensions (SWF 3D, SWFObject, ZINC, Zoomify, Moses Supposes, Zigo Engine, Fuse Objects, Penner Easing, etc.)\

• Other:
o Experience in using middleware (e.g.: Server-side scripting) to connect Flash application to data source (e.g.: MS SQL Server)
o Moderate experience in XHTML/HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and all relevant web technologies
o Moderate experience in using graphical packages such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks
o Strong understanding of software development life cycle
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills
o Excellent written and verbal communications skills
o Detail-oriented, well organized, quick learner with very strong technical aptitude and the ability to work concurrently on multiple projects.
