Online/Digital/Web Account Manager | Wunderman Dubai, UAE

You will work on one of our major clients, NOKIA.
You will supervise and control day – day operations on assigned accounts in an effective and profitable manner.
Your role will be also to ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality on time and to budget.

• To ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations and ensure deadlines are met to achieve client satisfaction
• To ensure that all output from the agency is of consistent quality
• To establish cross functional relationships across multiple levels of the organization as well as with strategic partners/agencies.

• To contribute to strategic direction as appropriate
• To develop a creative brief for each job which clearly details the objectives of the activity and the expected results by understanding digital marketing & CRM and how they fit within the marketing mix.

• To keep abreast of latest technology, and the competition
• To manage the financials of each account – to ensure that we have approved estimates (using approved rate card) for all jobs in place prior to commencement of work
• To maintain an effective relationship with both client and agency personnel to ensure smooth running of account
• To ensure that all account admin (Contact Reports, Status Reports)etc are delivered accurately and consistently
• To motivate the Account Executive to ensure they deliver against their KRA’s

Skills
The ideal candidate needs to have 3-4 years of experience in the Digital Marketing and/or CRM domains.
Previous experience in those fields is mandatory.
Minimum – BA in Business Admin.
Fluent in both English and Arabic languages.
