Personal/Executive Assistant to the CEO | MENACOM Group, Dubai, UAE

The CEO of two of our agencies is looking for a Personal/Executive Assistant.

Your main responsability will be to assist the CEO to perform his role efficiently by providing full administrative support duties including arranging and coordinating meetings, correspondence, diary management and internal communications.

Secretarial/Administration:
- Operate full diary management for the CEO
- Maintain CEO’s inbox in Outlook and respond accordingly.
- Organize Agenda’s for visitors.
- Ensure filing is kept up-to-date.
- Maintain CEO’s Diary and e-mails.

Meetings
- Set up internal and external meetings for the CEO as required.
- Book rooms and equipment.
- Ensuring catering requirements.
- Organize internal meetings/lunches for team.
- Check room before meeting starts to ensure set up as agreed with all appropriate equipment.
- Liaise with all meeting attendees or relevant secretarial staff.

You will be based in Dubai Media City.

Skills
The ideal candidate will need to have full of energy and passionate about her role.
Because of the nature of our industry we need someone who learns fast and flexible in changes.

A previous experience in the advertising/media industry can be an asset.

University degree
PC qualifications with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Photoshop, Acrobat and the Internet
