Our client is the largest company in the world in its product segment and is currently redefining the category globally through creating new and innovative consumer products, pertinent brands and modern packaging. Reporting to the Marketing Director, GCC, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing & implementing a multi-target PR plan (targeting government, institutions, consumers) encompassing both media relations & events management
- Establishing strong media relations & presence for the company in all media channels (print, broadcast)
- Establishing strong corporate presence for the company in all key Emirati events (e.g. camel races)
- Managing launch events for the company’s innovative & aggressive brand & product launches
- Developing & implementing a suitable cause-related campaign
- Developing & implementing institutional marketing programs in partnership with key institutions in the education & hospitality sectors to promote product awareness & year-round consumption

Requirements
- A seasoned PR professional with a strong network of UAE/GCC media & events relationships
- Strong English & Arabic editorial writing skills and a proven track record in media publicity
- Combines strong analytical capabilities, creative skills & strong organization and project management
- Has minimum 5 years experience in PR, encompassing corporate, government/ VIP targeted as well as consumer-targeted PR
- Has experience with creating and managing events – both own events (e.g. launch parties, institutional partnerships) & sponsorships
