- Overall Supervision of the proposals group and full control of Bids for timely submission, attending client requirements, inter-departmental meeting on various bids and successful booking of the orders for the company.

- Receive RFQ’s/ tender documents & quick review, Instruct/ arrange the documents to distribute to other departments for estimation, Assign Proposal Engineers to handle the bid from issue for estimation till submission of the bids & organizing, planning and prioritizing and accomplish the work.

- Follow-up with estimation group/ Engineering and Proposal Engineers to complete the bid for timely submission

- Check & Review proposal & estimation with Proposal Engineers/ Lead Proposal Engineer prior to review with Sr. Management and discuss & obtain approval from Sr. Management.

- Review weekly bid status report and attend weekly management Meeting for review & finalize the bidding strategy. Develop Bid Control System with the help of IT Team for easy monitoring of the bids / clarifications flow.

- Coordinate with client & MIS other operations on various issues such as techno-commercial clarifications, additional information requirements on post submission of the bids, follow-up with clients for the status of bids submitted after expiry of validity and attend meeting with client for Techno- Commercial negotiations and make appropriate decision to book the order.

- Attending meeting with clients and inter- departments during pre-bid & post-bid.

- Receipt of LOI/ PO/ Contract, Get reviewed thru Proposal Engineers and handing over of the complete copy of files to Project Department for the execution of the project and smooth sailing of the proposal department
