We are a well established chain of private clinics in Dubai is currently looking for an experienced Purchase Officer.

Job aim:

Procurement of material of the best quality, at the most competitive price & inline with the requirements of the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receives the requests from all company branches. Identify purchasing needs; follow up to ensure timely and accurate products delivery.

• Negotiating the best terms and prices with suppliers.

• Receive incoming materials, supplies, and equipment and compare information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment.

• Inspect shipments and record damages or defects.

• Maintain files and records of materials, prices, inventories and deliveries.

• Establish and ensure compliance with company purchasing strategies, policies, standards and practices. Ensure adherence with quality assurance programs, and safety standards.

• Searches the market for new and alternative ideas, suppliers, processes and products to improve efficiency and profitability.

• Research and allocation of the most reliable and most financially feasible suppliers.
