•To assign and review the work of the Research Moderator, Research Moderator Assistant, Project Manager
•To consult with Qualitative Research Unit to assess the market research needs and requirements
•To determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees
•To train and develop staff
•To manage the Qualitative Field Projects Unit staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties
•To review the work procedure and work-flow, make it standardized between the Unit members
•To review the work strategy and tactics
•To identify opportunities for innovation
•To design and develop new documentation related to the Unit activities
•To follow-up with the accounting department regarding the interviewers’ payments
•To monthly review department’s needs in terms of: human resources, equipments, furniture & Hygiene
•To coordinate between departments ( Qualitative Research, Accounting)
•To carry out all necessary Quality Control Operations which ensures the quality provided to Clients
•To assist the Qualitative Field Projects Unit staff in their daily work
•To review and sign the direct Cost before it is submitted to the management and accounting department
•To control the direct cost of the Unit
•To identify, locate and describe any deviations from standard practice
•To communicate with clients when it is required by either the management or the Qualitative Research Unit
•To conduct regular meetings with the Unit staff
•To keep Superiors posted
•To participate in the yearly workshop organized by the Quality Control Unit
Experience:
5 to 10 Years of releveant experience in the Qualitative research field in a research firm or agency
Education:
holder of a BA or MBA degree in Human Sciences
