- To manage the overall Marketing initiatives with proper team management methodologies.
- To ensure all the aspects of designing, building and maintaining the information and processing systems that help Clients meet their operational, tactical and strategic plans in a cost effective manner.
- Builds project team member and assures high level synergy among them.
- Consults with clients to analyze and understand client needs, objectives, desired features, and input and output requirements.
- Develops and delivers proposals that meet the clients needs and requests.
- Supervises the initial Data collection process for proposal development purpose.
- Identifies potential clients through a pre-developed all potential clients by region and industry.
- Lead the developing marketing material for clients.
- Identifies and analyzes customer / project requirements.
- Provides high quality business-related services to customers and business partners in the areas of Sales & Marketing.
- Define, develop, formulate, execute and follow the yearly Marketing plan and strategies that delivers the Business Plan Objective in particular focusing on Customer satisfaction.
- Market analysis and reports to Senior Management monthly.
- Search and plan the marketing budget.
- Being a central point of contact for internal and external marketing and PR communication.
- Manage the team of customer Service, Advertising and Promotion.
- Have the authority to extend his department by dividing it to smaller divisions as needed.
- Identifying new and expanding markets, as well as developing and implementing marketing and business plans.
- Will oversee product evaluation, develop value proposition and negotiate programs.
- Will also develop strategic business planning.
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers
