Recruitment Manager reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager shall be responsible for developing and implementing suitable sourcing and recruitment strategies for TME.

The successful applicant will develop strategies to attract, develop and retain top skills; advise on best practice recruitment and selection; establish strong working relationships with line managers to identify and source talent gaps and to deliver recruitment solutions; develop, conduct and implement selection processes including Competency Based Interviews, appropriate psychometric testing and its application, behavioural tests, etc. and design and implement Induction and Exit Interviews best practice compliance.
