On behalf of our client, a Multinational FMCG business we are looking for a Regional Pr Manager to join their Consumer lifestyle team in the United Arab Emirates

Based in Dubai the Pr Manager takes a leading role in shaping the external reputation of the organization in the International domain through media relations. He/She prepares, proposes and implements PR plans in line with the marketing and communications strategy. The job holder is responsible for maintaining the standards, the structure and the PR processes as defined by corporate/communication and is also responsible for the PR competence within the International domain. This International domain covers a territory of 105 countries consisting of 4 Sub-clusters (CEE, MEA, APAC, and Latin America). The PR Manager holds the PR responsibility for the total domain and reports hierarchically to the Cluster Leader International and functionally to the Head of Global Pr and Internal Communications.

The ideal candidate will be degree educated, preferably Public Relations/Communications and have a minimum of 5yrs in a local PR Department within a Multinational company or then through the agency side. The incumbent will have excellent relationship skills coupled with a high level of writing & reading ability in English language. He/She will possess strong direct media relations experience with established lifestyle contacts. Experience in strategic PR planning and budget ownership is also a mandate.
