Sales & Marketing Director | Kuwait

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement short term and long term strategies for expansion of sales and distribution
* Responsible for achieving budgeted market share in each of the market in Middle East and Africa region.
* Develop and implement annual sales plan for all markets and define strategies and action plans.
* Spearheading continuous improvement initiatives in project marketing, institutional sales and application engineering
* Develop and maintain a vibrant sales organization to achieve long term growth objectives.
* Strengthen and expand certified customers network.
* Develop incentive plan to keep sales resources and certified builders highly motivated.
* Communicate effectively with senior management team to align strategies for achievement of sales objectives.
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the strategic customers.

Skills & Knowledge Required
* Highly developed sales and marketing skills in the industrial products.
* Preferably from Steel or capital Goods industry. Experience in selling Steel products preferred
* He should be critical thinker and adept negotiator who can apply knowledge of multiple industries in achievement of core organizational objectives.
* Resolving critical problem areas and delivering on pre-set commitments.
* Should have exposure to Strategy Planning, Budgeting, Cost Management, Credit/ Collections Management and people management
* Exposure /experience in Project management ,selling large projects is preferred
* Ability to lead ,motivate, mentor and groom a senior level team
* Potential to head a business unit.

Qualification & Experience Required
· B.E. (Civil / Mechanical) and MBA with at least 15 years experience in Sales and Marketing with exposure / experience in project marketing, institutional sales and application engineering in the steel industry.
· Good knowledge of written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic an advantage.
