Sales & Marketing Executives | Kuwait

- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
- Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business;
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
- Gathering market and customer information;
- Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
- Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers;
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office;
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
- Handling car rental / leasing for corporate sector / companies

Skills
- Proven pattern of success in sales and customer service..
- Consistent record of outperforming quota in previous field sales position(s)
- Successful record of managing sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related area is preferred.
- Exceptional skills in the following: communication, presentation skills, negotiation, closing, organizational, and teamwork.
- Clear sense of integrity, work ethic and a sincere interest in building strong relationships based upon competency and trust.
- Entrepreneurial spirit that propels you to go the extra mile.
- Excellent communication skills both English and Arabic, & Proficiency in MS Office application
- Knowledge of car rental/ leasing business and tenders procedures will be advantage.
High level of problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure with effective time management, self starter and positive attitude.
- Ability to Build and maintain strong relation with the current customers to maximize business plan.
