Sales & Marketing Manager | Health Company Kuwait

Position Objective:
The position is an integral part of the sales and marketing department and is responsible for identifying market trends; assisting in the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies; supporting promotional plans; implementing and managing Point-of-Sale materials; and the ongoing support of trade programs and promotions.

Critical Responsibilities
- Responsible for all sales and marketing to increase sales, market share and brand awareness within all the segments.
- Ensure he/she achieves or exceeds required sales quota
- Design and implement a sales plan to achieve the targets and follow up on all agreed actions
- Sales analysis and reporting, creating presentations
- Implements sales plan and meets/presents to potential clients
- Preparation and maintaining POS inventory and reordering communication to the line manager.
- Coordinating multiple marketing and promotional programs.
- Interacting daily with brand
- Assist in marketing support activities ranging from tracking program budgets, to reconciling invoices, to brainstorming new programs.
- Executing and monitoring media plan.
- Coordinating with the marketing agency on all related marketing elements.
- The right candidate will have a record of devising and executing sales strategy, sales forecast and revenue generation, P&L accountability, revenue expansion, and customer satisfaction

Skills
-The successful candidate will possess at least 3-5 years of experience.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English &Arabic .
- Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Must be an aggressive self-starter and attentive to details.
- Well organized with excellent computer skills: MSWord, MS Excel, Outlook
