Sales & Marketing Manager for U.A.E. to compliment the current team within the country. Applicants are invited from Sales / Client Relationship Managers with similar status or from suitably qualified and experienced senior grade inspectors, aspiring towards seniority.

Reporting to the Business Manager, this job will allow significant personal and professional development with a distinct focus developing new opportunities for the in-service plant inspections and consulting / engineering towards plant owners. The core focus in this role will be towards developing client relationships in the field of integrity management services for existing plant locations within the region.

The U.A.E. has a significant client base and close involvement of field inspectors / surveyors with our sales & marketing team is encouraged. Development of new surveyors is a priority for the office which has led to the introduction of a mentoring process. It is expected that as a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a part in this process by mentoring the team of inspectors / surveyors towards a better understanding of the commercial aspects of the services that are being offered.

Requirements
Minimum Higher Diploma or degree in Engineering
Understand market needs, requirements and trends and take appropriate actions to position accordingly to achieve operational plan targets

Play a key role in assisting the Business Manager in the development of strategy, cost structure and country business plans
Effectively contribute in regular meetings, review and appraisals towards ensuring the achievement of business objectives and financial performance.
Responsible for general client care & ensuring high levels of service provision. To be the main point of contact for the client as well as establishing personal contact with key influencing personnel.

Develop new customers and explore areas to add-on services to grow business with existing and reliable customer base.

Assists in ensuring that systems, processes and procedures are effective and efficient and meet business / commercial requirements for both internal and external clients.

Identify and propose changes to systems, processes and procedures and assist in implementing change and development initiatives to the business area to meet future business demands to improve competitive position and improve current efficiency / logistics.
